INSURANCE

Participants compete at their own risk.

PLAYER ROSTER

Each team must have, no later than the start of their registration for the tournament, an online player roster entered on the website including player jersey numbers and full birth dates. In exceptional cases, the roster can be supplemented during registration, where one computer will be reserved for this purpose. Considering other teams, please have your rosters entered in advance before registration to avoid long waiting times and blocking other teams.

MATCH RECORD

This year, match records will be in electronic form. Only players listed on the roster may participate in the match. After registration in the tournament is completed, the roster cannot be supplemented.

WAITING TIME

The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. After that, a forfeit 0:5 will be awarded against the late team. In case of two forfeits due to late arrival, the team will be excluded from the tournament and their match results will be annulled.

PLAYER PARTICIPATION

A player may participate in the tournament only for one team. An exception is a younger category player simultaneously playing for an older category team of the same club, which is allowed if the match schedule permits. In case of a confrontation, the team must present an identity card or other documents clearly identifying the player and their age. The opponent of the disputed match may also request a confrontation after paying the protest fee. In case of unauthorized participation of an older player, the match will be forfeited 0:5. (NOTE younger category players must also be listed on the older category roster)

PLAYER EJECTION

A red card automatically leads to exclusion until the end of the match and the player awaits the JURY's decision (the player is automatically suspended for the next match).

JERSEY COLORS

In case of matching jersey colors, the team listed as the visitor in the match schedule must change into a set of different colors.

PRE-MATCH WARM-UP

Warm-up before the match cannot take place on the field (except for final matches), but only outside the hall or in adjacent areas.

CHANGING ROOMS

Due to the limited number of changing rooms in all halls, changing rooms will be used only as passageways. After changing before the match, the team must take all personal belongings in bags to the field. After the match, another changing room may be assigned. The organizer is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the entire tournament.

MATCH SCHEDULE

The organizer reserves the right to change the published schedule.
In such a case, all team leaders affected by the change will be informed.

AWARDS

In each category, the first 3 teams will be awarded medals (according to the team roster - max 20 players and 2 staff members), in the 3+1 category (according to the team roster - max 12 players and 2 staff members). The winner of each category will receive a challenge cup. The awards ceremony will take place immediately after the respective final match.
